Traffic engineering will be applied on Jalan Cipete Utara, Cilandak Sub-district from Saturday (6/11) to Sunday (6/12) amid the Hijab Run sports event and Nusantara Culinary Festival organized by South Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy (Parekraf) Sub-agency.

The Nusantara Culinary Festival will be held from June 11 to 12

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency (Sudinhub) Head Susilo mentioned traffic engineering would be implemented to support the Hijab Run sports event on Jalan Cipete Dalam to Jalan Pangeran Antasari from morning to noon.

"The Nusantara Culinary Festival will be held from June 11 to 12, from the intersection of Jalan Cipete III and IV until Cipete Dalam," he conveyed, Friday (6/10).

During Hijab Run, traffic engineering would be implemented from west to east, namely from Jalan Fatmawati and Jalan Cipete Raya to Jalan Pangeran Antasari where the traffic would be diverted via Jalan Cipete III to Gaharu I, then straight to Jalan Pangeran Antasari.

"While from east to west, namely from Jalan Pangeran Antasari to Jalan Fatmawati Raya where the traffic will be diverted to Jalan Asem II to Jalan Fatmawati Raya," he said.

It would be also implemented from west to east, from Jalan Fatmawati and Cipete Raya to Jalan Pangeran Antasari by diverting traffic via Jalan Cipete III, Jalan Gaharu I, Jalan Pangeran Antasari, Cipete VIII, to Cipete Raya.

"Then from east to west, traffic on Jalan Pangeran Antasari and Cipete Raya to Fatmawati will be diverted to Jalan Asem III to intersetion of Jalan H. Junaidi to Fatmawati Raya," he stated.

Therefore, road users were urged to follow traffic engineering that had been set and comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers in the field, and prioritize road safety.
